Photography made me pay closer attention to life—to what is happening right in front of me, while it’s still happening. Because I know that one day, it may all look different. And sometimes, a photograph is the closest we can get to returning to a moment we once experienced.



That’s what I want my photographs to do: to celebrate your story while you’re living it, and give you a way back to how it felt—something you can look at and see more than what is seen.
